Investment update from Douglas Moffitt for The IRS Report

January 2011 - Cattles (Epic: CTT)

Cattles have failed to make clear to shareholders that they can AND SHOULD vote in BOTH sets of meetings next week: the shareholder meetings on Monday, and the creditor meetings on Tuesday.

The Cattles Shareholder Association believes the Tuesday creditor meetings are in fact more important than the shareholder meetings, and interestingly the company did not sent out proxies for the Tuesday meetings.

The significance is that shareholders have claims AS CREDITORS not only for their 1p per share under the shareholder scheme, but also for losses on our shares resulting from investing on the basis of inaccurate information.

Scandalously the small print of the credit schemes denies us the right to enforce our claims to our losses, and the Shareholders Association wants to amend the schemes so we do not lose out.

TO DO THAT WE NEED PROXIES FOR THE TUESDAY MEETINGS.

If you have not yet done so please

1) Download the forms from http://www.dbsdata.co.uk/assets/files/proxies.pdf
2) Fill out part A on page 2 of both forms with your name and address
3) You do NOT at this stage need to itemise your claim in section 3 of part E on page 6, you only need to establish that you HAVE a claim. If you wish to quantify the value now, please refer to the www.cattlesshares.co.uk website for further guidance.
4) On page 4 of both forms, insert your name in the box, and
5) SIGN AND DATE THEM
6) Send them FIRST CLASS – NOT to the company as they want, but to The Cattles Shareholder Association Ltd, Stanley House, Lowergate, Clitheroe, Lancashire BB7 1AD.
